Payment is made in cash (Thai Baht) on completion of your journey directly to the driver. We trust our customers and do not take a deposit.
On receiving your booking request, we will assess your booking needs and send you an email confirming the price and asking you to confirm your booking. When we receive your confirmation email we will then send a further email confirming your booking. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed until you have received the confirmation email from us.
Taxi Koh Chang requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations, which must be done by E Mail.
Ferry tickets are not included in the price, our driver can assist you in obtaining ferry tickets at the port.
Taxi Koh Chang drivers will wait around 1.5 to 2 hours after your arrival. If you are going to be later than this please call us on the number provided with your booking.
